Making A Purchase
Making an order is very simple.  Browse our website, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Once you have completed your selection, click on "Place order". You will be asked to provide a few details in order to confirm the order. Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if the item is out of stock or discontinued.  We shall then recommend a replacement product in order to honour our commitment to satisfy you.  Our  acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the contract will be made and your account will be charged.

We accept credit card payment. When you place your order your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars.  

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or post.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. Orders normally arrive in 7-10 days.  

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will be charged for your back orders once they are ready to be sent out. 

Tax Charges
Local tax charges will be borne by the customer.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Warranty
McGREGOR FLY products are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Defective merchandise should be returned to McGREGOR FLY within 28 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items must be returned as new and with all packaging / labels still attached. 

General Returns & Exchanges
If you are returning an item for an exchange or refund, and the goods are not faulty, you must do this within 28 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you require an exchange, a further postage cost may apply. Please notify us immediately via email using the e-mail on our Get Involved page and return your goods to:
